Returns
Customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back to Alternativa de Moda S.A.S please contact our customer service customerservice@touche.co We recommend you contact as soon as possible to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package.
Note: The deadline to make the changes is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. Discount products have no change and do not apply for money refund.
All products received after the allowed period will be returned to the customer and the additional shipping fee will be charged.
Money refunds are made only if you contact us at customerservice@touche.co within 30 days after receiving the order and do not apply to discounted products. We do not make money refunds if you do not inform us in time. You must keep in mind that the money refund will only be effective when we receive the products back in our offices and they are reviewed by the Quality department.
Please keep in mind that the exchange and refund process should be made directly with us through our e-mail customerservice@touche.co, not through PayPal, because this one makes the process slower. If you write directly to us, we can manage it faster and you will receive the refund without intermediaries.
The product must be in perfect conditions, in its original packaging, with the original labels and accessories, must not be used, washed, modified or altered.
Underwear (panties and bodysuits) and accessories (glasses, necklaces, bracelets, hats, bags) are unchanged.
The garments that do not comply with the conditions listed above, will be returned under the responsibility of the buyer.
The change must be for a product of equal or greater value.
The shipping cost for the return of the product will be assumed by the customer.
Alternativa de Moda S.A.S is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return transport.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
