Shipping costs may vary according to your country and order place in our website. Our delivery times may vary regarding your country and restrictions that may occur. 

All orders entered into the online platform will be dispatched during the week, they will be made in the order of arrival of each order.

The orders are dispatched through the FedEx.

When the order is scheduled to be picked up by the carrier, a message will arrive to your email with the information of the guide # in order for you to track at all time.

The delivery will be made from 7 to 10 business days * after the confirmation of the order, the delivery time will depend on the city and country of destination. Orders placed during the weekends will be processed the following Monday.

We accept payments from abroad with shipments worldwide* We will be shopping from Colombia to any destination.

Sometimes the order may arrive in separate packages and on different days within our delivery promise (7-10 business days).

For orders under $150.00 USD you will be charge a shipping price. In the USA shippings under $150.00 USD will be of 15.00 USD.

In our Online Store we want to deliver your order in the shortest possible time, therefore, our promise of delivery is 7 to 10 business days * the delivery time will depend on the city of destination. Sometimes there are events (weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or customs delays in the recipient country) beyond our control that prevent us from fulfilling our promise of delivery, however, we want to guarantee that this time will not exceed a maximum period of 30 days.

• Business days are considered Monday through Friday. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST. will be considered as orders for the next day.

Be aware to have an accurate address if paying with PayPal, this address needs to match your destination delivery address place at checkout.

Alternativa de Moda S.A.S is not responsable for any given taxes or fees that may be subject to your order, this depends on your country. If you do incur in these charges, you will be responsable of paying them in order for the entity to deliver your order. If you refuse to pay custom duties and the package is returned to Colombia, you will have to pay the return costs.
